This book draws upon the author's systematic study of party history and resolutions, along with historical materials from National People's Congress Reading Notes: A Century of Choice. Since the Opium War in 1840, the Chinese people with lofty ideals led the whole people to  embark on a relentless quest: to find a political system that fit China's specific needs. Through trial and error, this arduous journey culminated in the creation of the People's Congress system. This book chronicles the development of the system, highlighting its significant contributions to the development of China.
