Hu Fang is a PhD and associate professor of history. He serves as the dean of the Hakka Culture College of Heyuan Polytechnic and deputy chairman of the Heyuan Academy of Hakka Culture. His research focuses on historical urban geography, cultural geography, and the inheritance and preservation of Hakka culture.
